At Figueredo, each item is carefully handcrafted to ensure the highest quality. Please allow a minimum of 2 weeks for processing and crafting your order before it is shipped. We appreciate your patience as we create your one-of-a-kind piece.

Shipping Address: It is the customer’s responsibility to provide the correct shipping address at checkout. Please double-check your information before completing the purchase. Figueredo is not responsible for items shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, you will be responsible for any additional shipping costs.

Lost or Delayed Shipments: Once your package has been handed over to the shipping carrier, we are not responsible for any delays, lost items, or damages caused by the mail service. Please contact the carrier directly if there are issues with your delivery.
