At Figueredo, each piece is handmade with care, and we stand behind the quality of our work. All sales are final, and we do not offer refunds. However, we accept returns under the following conditions:

Defective Items: If your item arrives with a defect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will offer store credit for the value of the defective item, which can be used toward a future purchase.

Non-Returnable Items: We do not accept returns for items that do not have defects. If the item is in perfect condition, the sale is considered final.
